The Company also trades motor vehicle spare parts and provides repair and maintenance services for automobiles and motorcycles. It trades petroleum and electronic products, as well as interior decorations. In addition, it is involved in the provision of freight transportation services and the construction of traffic structures. On January 8, 2014, the Company announced that it has acquired 68.11% stake in 30-4 Design Consulting and Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Co. On April 21, 2014, the Company announced that it has dissolved its subsidiary, TMT Automobile Manufacture and Installation Co Ltd.
