TopBuild Corp. is an installer and distributor of insulation and building material products to the United States construction industry. The Company operates through two segments: Installation (TruTeam) and Distribution (Service Partners). Its Installation segment provides insulation installation services nationwide through its TruTeam contractor services business which has approximately 200 installation branches located across the United States. Its Distribution segment is engaged in distributing of insulation and other building products, including rain gutters, fireplaces, closet shelving, and roofing materials through its service partners business from over 75 branches. The Company also provides various products, including fireproofing, spray foam, firestopping, thermal & acoustical insulation and intumescent sprays.
