TORM plc is a product tanker company. The Company’s activities are primarily the transportation of clean petroleum products, such as gasoline, jet fuel, kerosene, naphtha and gas oil, and occasionally dirty petroleum products, such as fuel oil. The Company has an in-house operating and management platform, which performs commercial, administrative and technical management for its vessels. Through this integrated platform, it handles the commercial management of all its vessels and the technical management of all its owned vessels, other than three vessels managed by an unaffiliated third party. The Company operates through its product tanker segment. With vessels varying in size from 35,000-114,000 dwt., the Company operates a fleet of product tankers. The Company’s vessels include TORM Gudrun, TORM Tevere, TORM Camilla, TORM Mary, TORM Caroline, TORM Thyra, TORM Gerd, TORM Hardrada, TORM Freya, TORM Gertrud, TORM Vita, TORM Helvig, TORM Ragnhild and TORM Carina.
