Tres-Or Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based resource company, which is in the business of exploration and evaluation of mineral properties. The Company is focused on exploring for diamonds and gold resources in the Temiscamingue and Abitibi regions of Quebec. The Company’s projects include Fontana Gold Project, Quebec Diamond Project and Fabre Cobalt-Silver Project. Its Fontana Gold Project is located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt approximately 16 kilometers (km) northeast of Amos, in Duverny Township, Quebec. The Company properties cover 8,700 hectares are approximately 60 km north of the Rouyn-Noranda, La Ronde, Malartic, Val d’Or gold corridor. Its Fabre Cobalt-Silver Project is in the Temiscamingue region of northwestern Quebec, covers silver-cobalt-nickel, copper, and gold showings within the eastern extents of the famous Cobalt Silver Mining Camp. It owns an interest in certain mineral claims in the Notre Dame du Nord area of Quebec.
