The Company holds interest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of eight United Kingdom oil and gas assets. Its portfolio comprises two onshore oil-producing fields, four appraisal/development licenses and three exploration licenses. Its assets are primarily located in the Weald Basin, in southern England. Its assets include Broadford Bridge, Holmwood, Horndean, Horsehill, Isle of Wight and Markwells Wood.
