ULMA Construccion Polska SA is a Poland-based company primarily involved in the development and production of construction products. The Company offers vertical and horizontal formwork systems, engineering systems, props and shoring systems, as well as scaffolding systems. ULMA Construccion Polska SA also provides engineering and construction services, such as bridge and road construction, public works and construction of commercial and residential buildings. Furthermore, the Company supplies containers for concrete transportation. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had subsidiaries: ULMA System SA in liquidation, based in Poland and engaged in the manufacturing of metal products and structures; ULMA Opalubka Ukraina, based in Ukraine, active in sale and rental of formwork as well as construction materials; and ULMA Opalubka Kazachstan sp. z o.o.., and one affiliated company ULMA Cofraje srl, based in Romania. The Company was 75.49%-owned by ULMA CyE, S. Coop.
