Union Tobacco and Cigarette Industries Company PSC (UTOB) is a Jordan-based public shareholding company engaged in manufacturing, packaging and distributing a range of tobacco, molasses and cigarette products. The Company’s cigarette brands include Vegas, Mikado, Affair, Rodeo, Gorgeous, Manhattan, Stallions, Five Stars and Miami. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries included Al Aseel for marketing Molasses and Cigarette Products, which is engaged in marketing of cigarette and molasses products, and Brothers United for Import and Export, which was established as a marketing arm of the Company in Egypt on September 13, 2011.
