Urban Development and Construction Corporation (UDEC) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction industry. The Company constructs urban areas, industrial zones, apartments and office buildings, hotels, villas, streets and inland water ports. It is also involved in real estate operation and the provision of brokerage services. In addition, the Company manufactures and trades asphalt, centrifugal concrete pipes and other concrete products. Through its subsidiaries, the Company engages in hotel, restaurant and tour operation business. On April 25, 2014, the Company announced that it has divested all of its stake in Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company.
