Ha Lam - TKV Coal Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the coal mining industry. The Company operates Ha Lam coal mining field and other mining fields in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. It is engaged in the extraction processing of coal ores and its variants, as well as the provision of supporting services for mining activities. The Company offers repair and maintenance services of mining equipment and transportation vehicles. It trades construction materials and provides rail, road and water transportation services. In addition, the Company is involved in port management and operations. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was a subsidiary of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin).
