Vinacomin - Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company (VVDC) is a Vietnam-based company operating in the coal industry. It is engaged in the exploitation, processing and trading of various types of coal. Its products include cobbles, dust-coal, peat-coal and other kinds of minerals. It is also involved in the construction of mining structures and the trading of construction materials. The Company's other activities include the loading, unloading and transportation of coal, as well as the repair of mining equipment and vehicles. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 90.73% of its revenue came from sale of coal. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a subsidiary of Vietnam National Coal Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin).
