Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (VPID) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the real estate industry. The Company is involved in the operation and development of infrastructures for Khai Quang Industrial Zone in Vinh Phuc Province and Chau Son Industrial Zone in Ha Nam Province, Vietnam. It is also engaged in the operation and development of other real estate properties for lease and for sale. The Company provides supporting services for industrial zones, including water supply and sewage services, as well as solid and liquid industrial waste collection and treatment. Other activities include trucking services and gasoline station operations. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries and five affiliates.
