Tagline offers the following services to business professionals throughout North America: 1-800 numbers, voice recognition, fax to e-mail, auto attendant, Web-based telephony, and conferencing functionality. The Company’s subsidiary, Voice Mobility Inc, operates the Tagline unified communications service and holds the Applied Voice & Speech Technologies Inc (AVST) license. The Company holds a more than nine year license agreement with AVST, whereby AVST has the exclusive use of the Company's unified communications cloud technology, including all intellectual property related to the UCN250 unified communications as a service platform (the Technology) and physical assets relating to the Technology.
