As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated two subsidiaries, 95.24%-owned Alteris SA and wholly owned CDO Sp. z o.o. On November 7, 2012, the Company sold its entire stake in Centrum Diagnostyki i Terapii Onkologicznej Sp. z o.o.
