VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company (VRC), formerly Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company (VTRECJ), is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the real estate industry. The Company is involved in the development, leasing and trading of residential and commercial buildings, warehouses, parking lots, as well as the operation of a real estate trading floor. It is also engaged in the construction of apartment buildings for sale and for lease, along with hotels, office and other institutional buildings. In addition, the Company is involved in the operations of hotels, the wholesale of alcoholic drinks and beverages, as well as the provision of laundry and vehicles keeping services.
