Westbridge Energy Corporation is engaged in the acquisition and development of oil and gas properties. The Company is a junior oil and natural gas exploration and production company. Its operations are located in the Republic of Namibia and Texas, Louisiana and Michigan in the United States. The Company holds an interest in oil and gas petroleum exploration license granted by the Ministry of Mines and Energy of the Republic of Namibia to explore within block number 1811B offshore Namibia, through its subsidiary, Kayuco Universal Ltd. The Company, through its subsidiary, Portrush Petroleum USA, also holds an interest in the Lenox project in Macomb County, Michigan. Its Bivens Field Project consists of a producing field on approximately 760 acres in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana. The Company's Wharton County Field Project is an oil field on over 400 acres in southeastern Wharton County, Texas.
