The Company delivers services within such areas, as software development, software testing and product testing, as well as offers consulting within such technology areas, as .NET, Java and Embedded. Its development and test center is located in Cluj, Romania. The Company's client portfolio encompasses Texas Instruments, Nokia, STT Condigi, RTX, Eesa, Polycom, Microsoft, Analog Devices, Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary, which was located in Romania, namely Wirtek SRL.
