EL 45/5297 is approximately 57.4 square kilometers tenement and is located approximately 13 kilometers south-west of the Telfer Gold Mine. EL 45/5408 and EL 45/5409 is approximately 9.564 square kilometers tenement and are located approximately 15 kilometers south-east of Telfer. The Company's subsidiary, Black Sand FZE, operates precious metals trading business in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It also holds approximately four exploration licenses in North East Queensland, Australia covering over 34,000 acres. The exploration properties in Queensland, Australia includes Wishbone II, III and IV, and White Mountains.
