Wonderful Times Group AB, formerly ValueTree Holdings AB, is a Sweden-based company engaged in the development and distribution of products for children. It operates within three business areas, namely Entertainment, Play and Kid. The Entertainment business area operates through the Company’s subsidiary, ALF, which offers games for children and families, such as Ryktet Gar and Med andra ord. The Play business area operates through the subsidiaries Eber Toys and Sun Toys, which offer toys under a number of brand names. The Kid business area operates through the subsidiary Carlo Baby/Kids, which is primarily active in Sweden and Norway, as well as through Tullsa, which is active in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. During quarter 2008, it acquired Spacebabies AB and Trumpette Europe AB. In December 2008, it acquired MysPlysch, a company engaged in the design and sale of clothing for babies and small children, as well as busigt.se, an online store offering products for children.
