Xtra-Gold Resources Corp. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration of gold properties exclusively in Ghana, West Africa in the search for mineral deposits, mineral resources and/or mineral reserves. It operates through the exploration and development of resource properties segment. Its exploration activities include the review of existing data, grid establishment, geological mapping, geophysical surveying, trenching and pitting to test the areas of anomalous soil samples and reverse circulation and diamond drilling to test targets followed by infill drilling. Its projects include Kibi project, Kwabeng project, Pameng project, Banso project and Muoso project. Its Kibi project is located on the Apapam concession, Kwabeng project is located on the Kwabeng concession, Pameng project is located on the Pameng concession, Banso project is located on the Banso concession and Muoso project is located on the Muoso concession. It has not generated any revenues.
