Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. is engaged in managing pubs. The Company operates through three segments: Young's managed houses, Geronimo managed houses and the Ram Pub Company. Both Young's and Geronimo managed houses operate pubs. It is engaged in sales of drink, food and the provision of accommodation. The Ram Pub Company consists of pubs owned or leased by the Company and leased or sub leased to third parties. It also includes rents payable by, and sales of drink made to, tenants. The Company has approximately 250 managed pubs and over 80 tenanted ones, principally located in London and the South East.
