ZUE SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the construction and maintenance of urban transportation infrastructure. The Company is focused on the design and implementation of railway and tram lines, as well as of accompanying infrastructure. It provides also full range of earthworks and construction of drainage systems, facilities, as well as whole stations. ZUE SA offers also construction and modernization of power systems of the entire tram infrastructure, as well as construction and modernization of tram and railway tractions. Its activities consist of regular maintenance and service systems for urban infrastructure, including tracks, traction power supply systems and lighting. Moreover, ZUE SA provides services for construction of power grids systems. In July 2013, it decided to merge with its 88.57% owned subsidiary ZUE Przedsiebiorstwo Robot Komunikacyjnych w Krakowie SA.
