The Company operates through its subsidiaries, including SAS Hailaust & Gutzeit (100%), SCI Val Sans Retour (100%), SCI Villiers Luats (99.9%), SCI MP Maeva (100%), SNC DG Immo (100%), SNC Foch Le Sueur (100%) and SCI Dieu Vendome (87%). Crosswood SA has also a 30.76% direct interest in SA Societe Centrale Des Bois & Scieries de La Manche. The Company's properties are located in Bordeaux, Dijon, Lyon and Nancy, Nice, Reims and Toulouse, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 51.2%-owned by CFB and 43.51%-owned by Fonciere Vindi. In August 2013, it sold the Montivilliers site.
