The Rights Issue Committee of the Board has approved the issuance of a Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice to the concerned shareholders holding 209064 (Two Lakh Nine Thousand Sixty-Four) partly paid-up Rights Equity Shares on which the First and Final Call Money of Rs. 7.90 per share aggregating to Rs. 1651605.60 (Rupees Sixteen Lakh Fifty-One Thousand Six Hundred Five and Sixty Paise Only) remains unpaid calling upon such shareholders to pay the outstanding call money within the prescribed timeline failing which the said partly paid-up equity shares shall be liable to be forfeited in accordance with the applicable provisions.
