ScoZinc Mining Ltd., formerly Selwyn Resources Ltd., is a zinc-lead exploration and mine development company. The Company's mining and related activities include the exploration and evaluation of mineral property interests. The Company has mineral deposits and mineral processing facilities in Nova Scotia, Canada. The Company's Gays River and Getty Deposit is located approximately 60 kilometers northeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia. The properties consist of exploration licenses and a mineral property lease that provides for zinc and lead exploration. The Company owns Scotia Mine and approximately 12,260 hectares of mineral claims covering geology in the Windsor Basin in Central Nova Scotia. The Company has not generated revenue from operations.
