Eloro Resources Ltd. is an exploration-stage gold exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of gold and base metal properties. The Company operates through the segment of mineral exploration in Peru. The Company has gold-silver property in Peru and base metal properties and royalties in the province of Quebec. The Company owns an option to earn approximately 60% interest in La Victoria, which is a copper-gold-silver property consisting of approximately eight concessions covering approximately 3,430 hectares in the Huandoval District, Pallasca Province, Ancash Department, in the North-Central Mineral Belt of Peru. The La Victoria property is located within approximately 50 kilometers of several producing gold mines. The option covers various concessions, including Ccori Orcco 1, Rufina, Rufina No. 2, San Felipe 1, San Felipe 2, San Markito, Santa Ana 1 and Victoria-APB. The Company has no revenues.
