Empire Metals Ltd is a United Kingdom-based exploration and resource development company. The Company is primarily focused on exploring its multi-commodity project portfolio comprising gold and copper and interests in Australia, Georgia and Austria. The Company holds an option to acquire a 75% interest in the Eclipse Gold Project, a large, high-grade and previously producing mining license located 55 kilometer (km) north-east of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. The Company also has 50% ownership of the Bolnisi Copper and Gold Project in Georgia, situated on the prolific Tethyan Belt, a well-known geological region and host to many high-grade copper-gold deposits and producing mines. Its Tsitel Sopeli project is in the license area located approximately 12 kilometer north-east of the Madneuli Mine and processing facility, and six kilometer east of the Kvemo Bolnisi Project. Dambludi project is a base and precious metal project located eight kilometer south-west of the Madneuli mine
