Encanto Potash Corp is a development-stage company. The Company is an exploration and mine development company. The Company is focused on potash properties in the province of Saskatchewan. It is primarily focused on the development of its property, the Muskowekwan First Nation Project (MFN Project). The Company is working on a feasibility study on the MFN Project. The Company holds an interest in one other potash properties in Saskatchewan, including Ochapowace and Chacachas First Nation Property. The MFN Project is located in southeastern Saskatchewan, approximately 100 kilometers north of Regina, and consists of a total of over 61,110 acres. The Ochapowace and Chacachas First Nation properties are located in Saskatchewan, approximately 130 kilometers east of Regina, and consist of a total of over 50,000 acres. The Company's mineral property interests are in the exploration stage. Its subsidiary is Encanto Resources Ltd. (ERL).
