The Company acts as an intermediary by representing its clients at the foreign tax offices and submitting applications to recover advance payments on its client’s taxes. Its offering is divided into two segments: tax refund and check cashing. EURO-TAX.PL SA offers its services based on the e-commerce system. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated five subsidiaries, including CUF Sp. z o.o., Euro-Tax.pl Sp. z o.o., EuroCredit Sp. z o.o., Calavados Investments II Sp. z o.o. and SC Euro-Tax.ro Servivii Fiscale Emigranti SRL.
