Fibra Shop Portafolios Inmobiliarios SAPI de CV is a Mexico-based real estate investment trust (REIT) company. The Company provides the acquisition, development and operations of shopping malls in Mexico. The Company operates through different formats: Super Regional, Regional and Urban Center. The Company is oriented towards middle and upper-middle class consumers. Fibra Shop Portafolios Inmobiliarios SAPI de CV product portfolio comprises shopping malls located in five states of Mexico and the Federal District. The Company's shopping malls are located in such cities as Mexico City, Cancun, Los Cabos and Bajio, among others. The Company's objective is to provide risk adjusted long-term returns to its shareholders via cash flow distributions and asset appreciation. In February 2014, the Company acquired the mall called Plaza Puerta Texcoco.
