Financiera Independencia SAB de CV SOFOM ENR is a Mexico-based financial institution engaged in the microfinancing sector. The Company’s range of products includes CrediInmediato for employed individuals; Credipopular for self-employed individuals; CrediMama for mothers who have at least one under-age child, and CrediConstruye for construction, maintenance and renovation of homes; CrediSeguro, an insurance policy for permanent disability and medical assistance, and Mas Nomina, mainly intended for free-lance employers. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Financiera Finsol SA de CV SOFOM ENR, Serfincor SA de CV, Finsol Vida SA de CV, Independencia Participacoes SA and Servicios Corporativos AEF SA de CV.
