First Mining Gold Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is a gold developer focused on the development and permitting of the Springpole Gold Project in northwestern Ontario. The Springpole Gold Project is an undeveloped gold projects with the project covering a land position approximately 41,943 hectares and is located in northwestern Ontario, approximately 110 kilometers northeast of the town of Red Lake, and is situated within the Birch-Uchi Greenstone Belt. The Company’s portfolio of gold projects in eastern Canada also includes the Pickle Crow, Cameron, Hope Brook, Duparquet, Duquesne, and Pitt gold projects. The Pickle Crow property is located in the mining jurisdiction of northwestern Ontario, Canada. The Cameron project consists of approximately 226 unpatented claims, over 24 patented claims, seven mining licenses of occupation (MLO) and four mining leases for a total land package of over 44,853 hectares.
