Goldcore Resources Ltd., formerly Berkwood Resources Ltd., (Berkwood) is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties. Berkwood holds approximately 100% interest in the Lac Gueret Extensions Project property. The Company's Lac Gueret Extensions Project covers an area of approximately 8,060 hectares consisting of over 150 claims in approximately two blocks, which include Lac Gueret East Block and Lac Gueret South Block. The Lac Gueret East Block consists of approximately 40 claims covering over 2,050 hectares and is prospective for Graphite. The Lac Gueret South Block consists of approximately 110 claims totaling over 5,710 hectares.
