Happy Creek Minerals Ltd is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company's portfolio includes the following main projects: Highland Valley Project, Cariboo Properties and Silver Dollar Property. Highland Valley Project includes Rateria and West Valley Properties, which are located approximately in 35 kilometers northern of Merritt, south-central part of British Columbia, Canada. The Project is engaged in the exploration of such minerals as copper, molybdenum, rhenium, gold and silver. Cariboo Properties are focuses on the mining of the following minerals: gold, silver, zinc, copper, tungsten and molybdenum. The Silver Dollar property is located approximately in 45 kilometers southeast of Revelstoke, British Columbia and extracts gold, silver, zinc, lead, and copper.
