JM AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the development of housing and residential areas, primarily in the Nordic region. The Company is engaged in the acquisition of development properties, planning, pre-construction, production and sales of residential units, with its main focus being the expansion of metropolitan areas and university towns in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Belgium.
