Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulation 2015 We wish to inform you regarding postive further development regarding an ongoing complaint ( FIR No.00012/2026) initially intimated on 26th December 2025 with Police Station Bamitha District Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh. Now Company has sucessfully received back Rs.13400000/- ( Rupees One Crore Thirty Four Lakh) in its bank account from sellers in strict compliance with the order of Honable High Court of Madhya Pradesh Jabalpur Branch. This Development has secured the immediate recovery of Rs.1.34/- Crore of the Companys ongoing business operations. Shareholders and stakeholders ae further informed that the original consideration paid by the Company under the said disputed sale deed was Rs.1.79 Crores out of which Rs.1.34 Crore has been sucessfully credited back in companys Bank Account.
