Kilo Goldmines Ltd. is an exploration-stage junior resource company. The Company is engaged in acquisition, exploration and evaluation activities. It holds gold exploration properties in Democratic Republic of Congo. The Company, through its subsidiary, KGL Somituri SARL, holds interest in the Somituri Project. The Somituri Project consists of six mining licenses: Gambi, Boroda, Nane, Imbo, Ngazi and Dhahabau. These mining licenses cover an area of approximately 361 square kilometers of the Ngayu Archaean Greenstone Belt in Oriental Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The properties are underlain by Upper Kibalian, clastic and chemical metasedimentary rocks, including schists, localized dioritic intrusives and occasional felsic dykes. The Company, through KGL Isiro SARL, owns over 10 mineral exploration permits, which are located in the Ngayu Greenstone Belt and Isiro Greenstone Belt in the Democratic Republic of Congo's Oriental Province. It has not generated any revenues.
