The Company's principal business activities are the marketing of a device, the Electrical Harmonizer, designed to provide energy savings through voltage optimization to commercial and industrial customers. The Company's energy conservation and product life cycle solution, the Harmonizer, reduces electrical energy consumption in commercial buildings. Its Harmonizer is designed for commercial and light industrial buildings allowing building owners and operators to tune the voltage in their facility. The Harmonizer is installed in a facility's electrical room at the point where power enters a building and optimizes incoming voltage. The Company's subsidiaries include 0809882 B.C. Ltd., Legend Power Systems Corp. and LPSI (Barbados) Limited.
