Yorkton Ventures Inc. is an oil and gas issuer company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of prospective oil and gas properties and is focusing on working on identifying and evaluating other properties and exploration programs. The Company owns varying interests in approximately six wells in the Gift Lake area of Alberta. The Gift Lake property is located in North Central Alberta. The Company also holds the right to earn a working interest in approximately 450 hectares in the Nipisi area of North Central Alberta. The Company's Gift Lake Assets consist of approximately 45% working interest in one active well and approximately 25% interest in two other active wells. The Company also engaged in production on its fourth active interest.
