Mex Polska SA is a Poland-based holding company engaged in gastronomy sector. As of January 9, 2012, the Company operated 10 restaurants under the brand name The Mexican, with Mexican national cuisine, located in Warsaw, Lodz, Poznan, Wroclaw, Cracow, Sopot and Zakopane; two restaurants under the brand name Browar De Brasil with Brazilian national cuisine and own breweries, located in Lodz an Warsaw; and four music clubs, Klub Desperados and Opera Club, both located in Warsaw, Klub Bedroom located in Lodz and Klub Bed, located in Wroclaw. The Company operated though subsidiaries and affiliates, such as Mex Master Sp z o o, Mag Sp z o o, Mex k Sp z o o, Ase Sp z o o, Villa Sp z o o, Aad Sp z o o, Mex P Sp z o o and Cafe II Sp z o o. The Company was 57.88%-owned by Milduks Limited.
