Its projects include Millenium Villa-Ja-Ela, Millennium City-Ja-Ela, Millennium City-Athurugiriya, Urban Range-Seeduwa, Urban Range-Homagama and Urban Range-Maharagama/Piliyandala. Its branded houses include Heartland, Olympus, Paradis, Gardenia, Horizon, Tulip and The Hieghts. Its township projects include landscaped parks, lakes and fountains, club house, basketball court, gymnasium and children's play area, and other facilities, such as electricity and sewerage disposal systems. It offers semi luxury vertical living apartments located at Kirulapone.
