Neptis SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the information technology industry. The Company develops software and hardware traffic and fleet management solutions for the business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) market segments. The Company's flagship product in the B2C segment is the mobile application Yanosik. It is used by drivers to alert them about situation on route, such as speed limit control, traffic enforcement cameras, accidents and other road hazards. Its additional functionalities include satellite navigation and payment for parking, among others. It is available for most smart phone operating systems, as well as on dedicated Yanosik devices. There is also a version for B2B clients. The B2B offering also includes Flotis, a subscription-based global positioning system (GPS) solution for fleet monitoring. In addition, the Company offers traffic analysis services that can be used for cartographic purposes as well as for traffic congestion reporting.
