New Age Metals Inc, formerly Pacific North West Capital Corp, is a Canada-based company engaged in the process of acquiring, exploring and developing platinum group metals (PGMs), precious and base metals mineral properties and green metals lithium. The Company’s business activity is the exploration and development of exploration and evaluation properties carried out in Canada and the United States. Its projects are: the River Valley PGM Project, as well as Lithium Projects for Joint Venture, such as the Lithium One Project, the Lithium Two Project and the Lithman West Project. The River Valley PGM Project is located in Northern Ontario and its measured and indicated resources include: palladium, platinum and gold. The Lithium One Project focuses on developing a lithium hard rock project. The Lithium Two Project has approximately 6,318 hectares of mineral claims with lithium mineral potential. The Lithman West Project is a drill ready project.
