The company has been informed that the Court of the Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Dhanbad vide its order dated May 6 2026 has acquitted all the accused persons named in the aforesaid complaint of the offences alleged under Section 73 72A and 72C(1)(a) of the Mines Act 1952. Consequently the complaint case stands disposed of. Accordingly the litigation disclosed in the offer documents stands concluded with the disposal of the case.
