The complaint has been filled against the sellers of a land parcel at Village Shivrajpur District Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh for alleged cheating criminal breach of trust and concealment of material facts regarding the title and litigation status of the said land which was purchased by the Company for business expansion. The Company has initiated the said legal proceedings to protect its interest and recover the consideration amount paid. The Company is also exploring all other legal remedies available to safeguards the interests of its shareholders.
