The Board noted that discussions and negotiations with a prospective buyer are presently ongoing. The proposal is at an advanced stage of negotiation and binding agreement is yet to be executed. The Board has authorised the management to continue negotiations with the prospective buyer and to finalise the commercial terms including the lump sum consideration. Upon finalisation of the proposed transaction terms the management shall place the matter before the Board for its consideration and approval. Upon receipt of requisite approvals the Company shall enter into a definitive agreement for the proposed slump sale with the prospective buyer.",
