Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 we wish to inform that Mr. Shamshad Alam (ACS: 66754) has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key managerial Personnel) of the Company due to his personal reasons. He tendered his resignation vide letter dated November 15 2025 and will be relieved from his responsibilities with effect from close of business hours on December 15 2025. Mr. Shamshad Alam will also cease to be the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) under the provisions of Section 203 and other applicable provisions if any of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange w.e.f. close of business hours on December 15 2025. There are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned above.
