Are Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd latest results good or bad?

16-May-2026

Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd's latest results are concerning, showing a 74.74% decline in net profit despite a slight increase in net sales. The significant drop in other income and operational challenges indicate that the overall financial health is more negative than positive.

The latest results for Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd indicate a challenging quarter. While the company achieved a net sales figure of ₹11.24 crores, reflecting a 6.14% increase quarter-on-quarter and a 7.66% increase year-on-year, the net profit saw a significant decline of 74.74% from the previous quarter, dropping to ₹3.88 crores. This sharp profit drop was largely due to a normalization of other income, which fell dramatically from ₹12.69 crores to ₹1.48 crores.

Additionally, the operating profit margin, excluding other income, contracted to 22.78%, the lowest level in seven quarters, indicating operational challenges and rising costs that outpaced revenue growth. The company’s reliance on non-operating income for profitability raises concerns about the sustainability of its earnings.

Despite these issues, the company maintains a debt-free balance sheet, which is a positive aspect. However, the overall financial health is concerning, particularly with a negative book value of ₹-39.79 crores, indicating that liabilities exceed assets.

In summary, while there are some positive indicators like revenue growth, the substantial decline in net profit and operational efficiency issues suggest that the latest results are more negative than positive.
