Noram Ventures Inc. is a natural resource company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mining properties. The Company focuses on the exploration of mineral projects that include lithium projects in Clayton Valley and the Jumbo graphite property. It holds an interest in a total of approximately 740 lithium brine claims comprising over 14,740 acres Clayton Valley, Nevada. The Company has engaged Harrison Land Services to perform additional surface and sub-surface sampling on its Hades lithium brine/clay claims on its Clayton Valley Project. Its land package includes a total of over 7,738.18 acres and is positioned both north and south of Albemarle's Silver Peak mine. Its Jumbo flake-graphite property is an approximately 15,048 hectare property that consists of over 26 mineral tenures. The Jumbo flake-graphite property is located in the Slocan Mining Division approximately 15 kilometers southwest of the town of Nakusp on the west side of Upper Arrow Lake.
