Northcliff Resources Ltd. is a mineral exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the business of exploration and development of mineral projects. Its primary mineral project is the Sisson Tungsten-Molybdenum Project (Sisson Project) located in New Brunswick, Canada. It is focused on advancing the Sisson Project in New Brunswick, Canada to production. The Sisson Project is located in east-central New Brunswick, approximately 100 kilometers northwest of Fredericton. The project has an area of over 18,800 hectares. It holds a controlling interest in over five contiguous claim groups comprising a total of approximately 850 units. The Sisson Project is an initiative to develop a 30,000 ton per day open pit mine and processing facility. Its project hosts a structurally controlled deposit that obliquely spans a north-trending, nearly vertical contact between two phases of the Howard Peak Granodiorite to the west and metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks to the east.
