We would like to state that the submission of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 september 2025 was delayed due to certain issues that had arisen earlier the details of which had already been informed to the exchange on 14th November 2025. Consequently the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 also became due during the intervening period. The company therefore required additional time to complete the necessary financial results adjustments accounting entries bookkeeping in consultation with statutory Auditors before finalization of the said financial results. The unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2025 and quarter ended 31st December 2025 have already been submitted by the company to BSE Limited on 26th February 2026
